Papercrete (fibrous cement)

Thu Jul 28, 2005, 5:35 AM
Hazzar! After experimenting with numerous different substances and technics, I've finally discovered a suitable large scale moulding/modelling substance. Papercrete (fibrous cement) is light-weight, strong, cheap and retains fine detail well. It doesn't warp, slit, rip or shrink during the drying process.

Reminder: I wanted to develop a cheap and fast way of making large, jointed anthropomorphic dolls.

I need to conduct a series of tests to prefect the recipe quantities.

Ingredients: Cement, fine newspaper pulp and thick wall-paper paste.

Nice recipe, unfortunatly we don't have Tesco over here. Are other brands also okay?
:iconsabbathgold:
The recipe should work with other brands. Assuming the products are similar. However, foreign food tends to be very alien. Biscuits in your country might be 5 feet tall and shaped like pyramids.

Welcome back! Did the re-location go okay?

Incidentally, Tesco is already planning a full scale invasion of Europe. RUN FOR THE HILLS!
